A Menstrual Party can be used as a:
•Political event
•A health awareness opportunity
•A way
to gather extra credits from you Women/Gender Studies Professor
Here are some suggestions to integrate the Menstrual Party with your
school/organization:

Where would the world be without the all important cervix! Do you know where yours is?
February:
National Wise Health Consumer Month
Be a good consumer and know what you are putting in/near your vagina when you bleed!
March:
National Endometriosis Awareness Month
Hmmm, the Menstrual Party talks about why Endometriosis is such a problem for a large majority of women. Have us in to find out why!
National Women’s History Month
What better way to celebrate Women’s History Month than to sit around with your friends as you drink Raspberry Leaf Tea and talk about your Aunt Flo!
May:
Masturbation Month
Masturbation prevents menstrual cramps!!!
May 13-19 National Women's Health Week
Can you have a women’s health week and not talk about menstruation! Hell no!
May 15 Sex Differences in Health Awareness Day
Why don’t more doctors know about alternative menstrual products?
Why are some doctor’s saying women shouldn’t be menstruating anymore?
JUNE:
June 3 - 9 National Headache Awareness Week
Not only does Masturbation take away menstrual cramps, but it gets rid of headaches too! And it’s free!
October:
Let's Talk Month
Let’s talk about our vaginas, what they like, what they don’t like and how they wish we treated them
National Family Sexuality Education Month / Let's Talk
October 15 – 19 Talking about sexuality includes how you feel about your period. Did you know that women who feel good about their periods have happier healthier sex lives? Of course, you could also bring the Menstrual Party to your town as a rites of passage event for younger women.
Imagine the power of gathering all these young women together to teach them that their periods are something they should feel proud and empowered by!
Would you
feel differently about menstruation if someone had celebrated your periods?
